Join Sally Wilcox on an adventure to Northern India involving temples, spice markets, a pink city, a blue city and holy cows. You’ll salute the sun by a pilgrim’s lake, watch a desert sunset and stand in front of the splendour of the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world.
This will all culminate when you experience the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur, delight in spices, cooking demonstration, beautiful textile shopping and meditation at the beautiful Jaswant Thada.
Woven throughout this tour will be a yoga and meditation program personally facilitated by Sally Wilcox.

- Take a rickshaw ride through Chandi Chowk bazaar of Old Delhi, visit India Gate Huymayun’s Tomb and shop
- Explore Agra, the Red Fort & breathtaking Taj Mahal
- Discover Jaipur, the Pink City, and experience an elephant and/or jeep ride to the majestic Amber Fort. This city is famous for Gems and textile shopping
- Visit the Holy city of Pushkar, experience meditation on the ghats and a ‘homa’ fire ceremony
- Take a camel ride into the Desert at Pushkar and a rooftop BBQ over Pushkar Lake

Day 1: Friday 27th September
Arrival: Delhi International Airport.
Upon arrival and once you have cleared customs, you will be personally met by our representative in the arrivals hall who will assist you to transfer from the airport and check into your hotel.
Day 2: Saturday 28th September
Your journey begins with a city tour to Old & New Delhi. Visit Humayuns Tomb, Jama Masjid Mosque and take a rickshaw ride to explore the vibrant laneways of Chandni Chowk bazzar. Drive by the Red Fort and the classical India Gate. & Parliament house.
After lunch we will have time to experience the beauty and serenity of the Sikh Guruwara Bangla temple and end the day shopping at Dili Haat Markets.
Day 3: Sunday 29th September
Today we travel to visit Agra, where we will visit the Red Fort and our first views of the beautiful Taj Mahal. This afternoon provides time for shopping – rugs and marble being the specialty of this city.
Day 4: Monday 30th September
It’s an early start and worth it this morning for our sunrise visit to the most extravagant monument ever built for love – The Taj Mahal. Situated on the bank of the Yamuna River, it is considered the world’s Greatest love tribute and one of the 7 wonders of the world. After this extraordinary start to our day, we have breakfast at our hotel and start the journey to Jaipur. Lunch enroute and afternoon yoga complete the day.
Day 5: Tuesday 1st October
The highlight of today is a visit to Amber Fort, a classic, romantic Rajasthani Fort built on the rugged hilltops of Amer. Lunch is at a beautiful heritage Haveli and in the afternoon, we will traverse into the ‘Old City’ for a heritage walk through Jaipur’s Bazzars with rickshaw rides and shopping to complete the day.
Day 6: Wednesday 2nd October
Today we start with laughing yoga and continue the journey to the Holy City of Pushkar. Situated on the edge of the desert near Nag Pahar, the Snake Mountain, the town winds itself around the holy lake filled with bathing ghats and temples. Lunch is at our heritage hotel and this afternoon we go on a walking tour through Pushkar ghats and visit the Bramha Temple. Then we are off into the desert for an evening sunset camel ride. The rest of your evening is at leisure to explore the markets and laneways of this sacred city.
Day 7: Thursday 3rd October
Following morning is Rooftop yoga, followed by an optional treat of henna hands by local girls. The rest of the early afternoon is free shop and explore returning in the late afternoon for a special spiritual experience in the evening, followed by a beautiful rooftop dinner over the lake
Day 8: Friday 4th October
Today we travel to the Blue City of Jodhpur and the splendour of Mehrangarh Fort jodhpur Evening Free.
Day 9: Saturday 5th October
Morning yoga, breakfast and this morning we visit the majestic Meharangarh Fort. Return for lunch own expense and this afternoon is a fun filled shopping for India’s beautiful shawls and giftware
Day 10: Sunday 6th October
Morning heritage Walk of the ‘old blue city’, market and laneways, followed by a special Indian cooking demonstration including lunch and chai. Afternoon at leisure followed by yoga.
Farewell Dinner & cultural music
Day 11: Monday 7th October
Our Final day begins with a beautiful morning yoga & mediation at Jaswant Thada followed by breakfast and a few hours for any last minute items or relaxing before our return flight to Delhi, light supper and onwards to your return flight home.
