Join Sally Wilcox on this Vibrant Indian adventure throughout Northern India.

We’ll immerse ourselves in the grandeur and cultural heritage of India, traversing the Old and New Cities of Delhi.

The journey continues as we travel to the Blue City of Jodhpur, where we explore the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, delight in textile shopping, spice markets and heritage walks. We’ll cook and dine with local women and learn their spicy secrets. We continue our journey to the village of Rohet to experience our nature jeep safari, local village experience and the warm hospitality of Rajasthani dining on a rooftop terrace.

We then step back in time to the rural village of Narlai, where we will wander the wilds on our morning nature safari, stay in beautiful boutique heritage accommodation and dine under the stars in an ancient stepwell.

Our next stop takes us to the holy city of Pushkar and our heritage hotel overlooks the pilgrim’s lake. We will wander the bazaars, discovering treasures in this relaxed town and dine over the lake. We then journey onwards to the Pink City of Jaipur, exploring majestic forts, dining in Heritage Havelis, discovering artisans’ wares, textiles and gems. At sunset, we twirl and swirl with a rooftop Bollywood dance class, the joy and laughter lighting up the dusk.

We continue our journey towards Agra City and witnessing the splendour of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Our journey culminates in Delhi where we share our Farewell Dinner at an elegant 5-Star old world Heritage Hotel.

Woven throughout this tour will be optional yoga classes facilitated by Sally.

Trip Notes

Day 1

Arrival: Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Upon arrival and once you have cleared customs, you will be personally met by our representative in the arrivals hall who will assist you to transfer from the airport and check into your hotel.

Day 2

Your journey begins with a city tour to Old and New Delhi. Experience the thrill of a rickshaw ride through the traditional spice markets and bustling streets of Old Delhi. Dine at a 200-year-old Heritage Haveli and witness the spiritual devotion in a traditional Sikh Temple.

Day 3

We depart Delhi on our flight to the Blue City of Jodhpur. Afternoon at Leisure.

Day 4

Morning yoga, then we explore the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, take a heritage walk and explore spice markets. Dine with a local family, experience home cooking, and share in their spicy secrets.

Day 5

Morning yoga, then we delight in local textile and shawl shopping which Jodhpur is renowned for. We continue our journey to the village of Rohet to experience our nature jeep safari and the warm hospitality of Rajasthani dining on a rooftop terrace.

Day 6

Today we traverse further inland, where we step back in time to the rural village of Narlai. We visit a hilltop Temple witnessing the sunset over the valley followed by the sacred evening aarti.

Day 7

Experience an early morning nature Jeep Safari adventure and the rural beauty and village life of Narlai. Enjoy afternoon Yoga and this evening, we dine under the stars in a magnificent ancient stepwell.

Day 8

Our next stop is the holy city of Pushkar, were we wander eclectic local bazaars with cows and holy men, whilst overlooking the serene pilgrim’s lake.

Day 9

Enjoy morning Yoga in Pushkar. We will wander the ghats and bazaars discovering treasures in this relaxed town and dine over the lake.

Day 10

Our journey continues to the Pink City of Jaipur. Afternoon at Leisure for local shopping and this evening enjoy Bollywood dancing.

Day 11

In Jaipur, explore the Majestic Amber Fort and shop for hand-crafted textiles, gems in local markets and bazaars. Lunch at a beautiful Heritage Haveli. Enjoy evening Yoga.

Day 12

This morning, we travel to Agra, lunch followed by our visit to the Red Fort for our first glimpse of the magnificent Taj Mahal.

Day 13

Early sunrise visit of the magnificent Taj Mahal. Return for breakfast before our journey onwards to New Delhi. Afternoon at Leisure and our journey culminates with a Farewell Dinner at an elegant 5-Star old world Heritage Hotel.

Day 14

Our final day together, we enjoy time at leisure to enjoy the old-world charm, elegance and history of the classic heritage hotel before boarding our international flight home.
