Join Jacqui & Shimon on this Indian Odyssey adventure throughout Northern India.

We will immerse ourselves in the grandeur and cultural heritage of India, traversing the Old and New Cities of Delhi, dining in Heritage Havelis, and witnessing the splendour of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. We then journey onwards to the Pink City of Jaipur, where we explore majestic forts, artisans’ wares, textiles and gems.

Our next stop takes us to the holy city of Pushkar and our heritage hotel overlooks the pilgrim’s lake. You will wander the bazaars, discovering treasures in this relaxed town and enjoy an evening sunset camel ride.

The journey continues as we travel to the Blue City of Jodhpur, where we will explore the magnificent mountain fort, heritage walks and delight in textile and shawl shopping. We’ll cook and dine with local women and learn their spicy secrets. We take a visit to the village of Rohet for our nature jeep safari and the warm hospitality of Rajasthani dining on a rooftop terrace.

Our final journey will take you back in time to the rural village of Narlai, where we will search for leopards on our morning nature safari, stay in beautiful boutique heritage accommodation and dine under the stars in an ancient stepwell.

We then return to New Delhi which culminates staying at a beautiful Heritage Boutique hotel and our farewell dinner.

Woven throughout this tour is a unique blend of yoga, meditation and mindfulness personally curated and facilitated by Jacqui & Shimon.

Trip Notes

Day 1

Arrival: Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Upon arrival and once you have cleared customs, you will be personally met by our representative in the arrivals hall who will assist you to transfer from the airport and check into your hotel.

Day 2

Early morning yoga, then your journey begins with a city tour to Old and New Delhi. Experience the thrill of a rickshaw ride through the traditional spice markets and bustling streets of Old Delhi. Dine at a 200-year-old Heritage Haveli and witness the spiritual devotion in a traditional Sikh Temple.

Day 3

This morning we travel to Agra, lunch followed by our visit to the Red Fort for our first glimpse of the magnificent Taj Mahal.

Day 4

Early sunrise visit of the magnificent Taj Mahal. Return for breakfast before our journey onwards to the Pink City of Jaipur.

Day 5

Morning yoga, then explore the Majestic Amber Fort and shop for hand-crafted textiles and gems.

Day 6

Morning yoga, then our journey continues to the holy City of Pushkar, were we wander eclectic local bazaars with cows and holy men, whilst overlooking the serene pilgrim’s lake. Enjoy an evening sunset camel ride.

Day 7

Today, we traverse the plains on our journey to the Blue City of Jodhpur and enroute we dine at a 400-year-old Fort for lunch. Evening yoga or meditation to unwind.

Day 8

After morning yoga, we explore the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort and the majesty of Jaswant Thada, we then take a heritage walk and enjoy lunch. This evening, we meet local women experience home cooking and share in their spicy secrets.

Day 9

Morning yoga, then we delight in local textile and shawl shopping which Jodhpur is renowned for. This afternoon we depart for the village of Rohet to experience local culture on a jeep adventure to the Bishnoi tribal village and the warm hospitality of Rajasthani dining on a rooftop terrace.

Day 10

Morning yoga, then we traverse further inland, were we step back in time to the rural village of Narlai. We visit a hilltop Temple witnessing the sunset over the valley followed by the sacred evening aarti.

Day 11

Experience the thrill of seeking out leopards on an early morning jeep adventure and experience the rural beauty and village life of Narlai. Afternoon yoga before we dine under the stars in a magnificent ancient stepwell.

Day 12

Today we travel to Udaipur for our return flight to New Delhi, which culminates our journey staying at a beautiful classical Boutique hotel and our farewell dinner.

Day 13

Our final day together, we enjoy morning yoga and time at leisure to enjoy the old-world charm, elegance and history of the iconic hotel before boarding our international flight home.
