Join Nardine on a spiritual adventure to the Indian Himalayan Foothills and beyond.
We’ll immerse ourselves in the culture and spiritual heritage of India, traversing the Old and New Cities of Delhi, the holy city of Varanasi and culminating at the Foothills of the Himalayas in the yoga capitol of the world – Rishikesh.
Along the way, we’ll explore bustling markets, holy shrines and orange-robed sadhus, watching the melting pot of humanity and spiritual tradition in the sacred city of Varanasi. A place where the cycle of life and death merge and the prayers of millions is imbued in the air.
We will be leading an 11 day yoga tour including a 7 Day Yoga Retreat Program in the city of Rishikesh and discover a myriad of yogic experiences at the International Yoga Festival. This journey visits sacred temples, explores traditions, meditation in a sacred cave in the Ganges Hills and participate in sacred fire ceremonies on the Mother Ganga.
Together we’ll explore inner and outer worlds at the holy cities of India. Woven throughout this tour is a unique blend of yoga, meditation and mindfulness personally facilitated by Nardine.

This morning we travel to Agra, lunch followed by our visit to the Red Fort for our first glimpse of the magnificent Taj Mahal.
Day 3:
Agra to Delhi
Early sunrise visit of the magnificent Taj Mahal. Return for breakfast, check out and return to Delhi either overnight or to connect to your international flight.
