Join Lisa Allwell on this journey of cultural immersion and spiritual connection in the Lake City of Udaipur, set amidst the Aravalli Ranges of Rajasthan and beyond to Rishikesh nestled in the Indian Himalayan Foothills.

We immerse ourselves in the rich cultural tapestry of Udaipur as we wander through the vibrant old city bazaars on a guided heritage walk and marvel at the intricately carved Jagdish Temple.

We discover the grandeur of Rajasthan’s royal history with a visit to Udaipur’s resplendent City Palace and as the sun sets, drift across the tranquil waters on our boat ride of Lake Pichola, with views of palaces reflected in its stillness.

We experience deep spiritual resonance during an intimate ceremony as five priests invoke ancient mantras in a powerful ritual of devotion. We conclude our day with dinner at a regal hilltop Palace. We spend our evenings dining, and savour local flavours while gazing over the tranquil waters of the lake city.

Our journey culminates immersed in spiritual heritage at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, the renowned yoga capital of the world. We immerse ourselves in a myriad of yogic experiences at the International Yoga Festival, visit temples, explore traditions, holy shrines and mingle with orange-robed sadhus. We meditate in a sacred cave in the Ganges hills and greet dawn on a sacred temple top mountain.
